Bob Donohue
EVP, Commercial
Bob brings his diverse expertise in the areas of operations and consulting to Connolly’s contract compliance business. His experience includes selling, managing, and delivering process improvement and systems implementation engagements across a variety of operations-intensive industries, including Abbott Laboratories, Alcan, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, and Oxychem. Beginning his career in manufacturing management at General Motors, Bob went on to hold various consulting positions in the areas of global practice leadership and supply chain improvement, including work at Arthur D. Little, where he had global responsibility for the operations and information management functional practices. While at ADL, he served as the integration “point-person” with eleven global industry practice leaders. Earlier in his career, at Coopers & Lybrand, Bob was responsible for the sale, management, and execution of consulting engagements involving manufacturing strategy, systems, and operations across a variety of industries. His emphasis on client service has resulted in multiple long-term relationships and increased client retention.

Steve Studer
Audit Manager
Steve has a proven record of accomplishment in evaluating contractual, performance and control issues. His cost recovery efforts began in 1978, when he was employed by the federal government to perform contractual reviews and received extensive training and experience in contractual fraud investigations. During subsequent years, Steve has continued his cost recovery efforts in a number of industries and in a variety of roles, primarily internal audits. In conjunction with his identifying, presenting, and supporting these cost recovery and savings efforts, Steve has made substantial recommendations designed to prevent future errors. Steve has held increasingly responsible assignments within the mining and oil and gas industries, primarily as an internal auditor and special projects “go to” person in problem situations. Earlier in his career, Steve served as an independent Certified Public Accountant examining financial statements. With his broad background and managerial experience, Steve can quickly identify contract compliance issues, identify process improvements, and facilitate the recovery of the clients’ overpayments.
