Connolly commissions periodic client satisfaction surveys to help identify areas of strength as well as areas needing improvement.  To ensure impartial results, the survey is anonymous.  Over the years, our client satisfaction rating has consistently been greater than 97%.  Eight of every ten clients go a step further and give us a top box rating of “very satisfied” or “extremely satisfied”
