With more than 25 years of recovery audit experience, Libby began as an auditor in 1986. Libby's attention to detail is known throughout the organisation. Her passion permeates Connolly's culture and delivery of services. Actively involved with clients, and the day-to-day operations, Libby is a roll-up-her-sleeves style leader. In addition to determining the strategic direction for Connolly, she continually communicates with clients to understand and address their changing needs.

Christopher "Kip" Ford
CFO
Kip, a CPA, brings varied experience in finance, accounting, international tax, risk management, and strategic and business planning to Connolly. He is an important contributor to the stable, profitable, and planned growth that Connolly has enjoyed since its inception. Kip has served in a number of financial positions including CFO, controller, tax director, and consultant. During his many years in public accounting, Kip specialised in international tax planning, compliance and employee equalisations for his global clients.

Jeffrey Thomas
President, Corporate Operations
Jeff oversees all Connolly corporate operations. He began his Connolly career as an Audit Principal prior to taking on VP responsibilities of some of Connolly's largest retail clients. Jeff's upbeat personality perfectly complements his dedicated and perfectionist qualities. Prior to joining Connolly, Jeff's experience included the roles of Assistant Controller, and Financial Systems Implementation Manager.

James H. Riehl, Jr.
SVP Marketing and Strategy
With experience in strategic and tactical marketing, sales and consulting, Jim is responsible for Connolly’s strategic planning effort and the marketing support of that effort. Since joining the company in 2006, he has aligned planning and tactical execution and applied financial analysis to both the current businesses and new opportunities. Before Connolly, he held VP and SVP posts in consumer products and served as strategic consultant to mid-tier businesses.
