Connolly commissions periodic client satisfaction surveys to help identify areas of strength as well as areas needing improvement. These surveys track satisfaction rates over time with regard to Connolly's service and products. The most recent independent survey was sent to over 100 clients spanning all Connolly markets. The survey produced overwhelmingly positive results that exceeded prior surveys.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • Connolly once again achieved an extremely high overall satisfaction level of 97% with respondents saying that if they had to select a recovery audit firm again, they would choose Connolly
  • The percentage of respondents who indicated they were "very satisfied" or “extremely satisfied” actually increased
