Margie Koller
Senior Vice President
Margie has more than fifteen years experience in healthcare recovery auditing. She currently manages several large commercial recovery audit teams and is also responsible for new product development and healthcare recovery knowledge sharing programs. As a Financial Director at Aetna, she built and managed internal recovery audit and vendor management programs. Margie holds both a B.A. in Business Administration and an Executive MBA from Temple University. Prior to working for Aetna, Margie was a CPA working as a senior auditor for Arthur Andersen, where her responsibilities included auditing and consulting services for start up and mid-size companies.

Medical Director, Connolly Healthcare
Connolly’s Medical Director is Dr. James Lee. Dr. Lee is a board certified Osteopath and a registered pharmacist with a specialty in emergency medicine. Dr. Lee is able to identify issues, form hypotheses, conduct analyses, turn conclusions into recommendations, and implement change. He is adept at making difficult diagnoses and is known for his ability to work closely with hospital staff and administrations. Dr. Lee is able to interpret policies and procedures and exceed regulatory compliance standards for local, state, and federal governments.

Matthew Mahr
Registered Pharmacist
Matt is a Registered Pharmacist with more than 12 years of pharmacy experience in both the retail and market research environments. He possesses a thorough understanding of patient claim databases, medical billing, and the US healthcare system in general. His background includes managing hospital-based market research audits conducted with Clinical Pharmacists, Staff Pharmacists, Hospital Purchasing Agents, and Directors of Pharmacy, as well as demonstrating product capabilities and solutions to address business questions and objectives. Additionally, Matt has programming experience that includes designing query specifications and reviewing output in VBA and SQL.

Monica has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry. Her healthcare provider experience includes clinical nursing, utilization and quality reviews, hospital bill audits, charge master maintenance and educating providers on billing and reimbursement issues. Her payer experience includes HEDIS reviews, hospital bill and data mining audits for the nation's largest insurance companies, development of auditing policies/procedures, and new auditor training programs. Monica's knowledge of both clinical and financial areas of healthcare enables her to maximize audit recovery opportunities. She is an active member of the American Academy of Professional Coders and the American Association of Clinical Coders and Auditors.

Denise has over 20 years of experience in healthcare coding, record management, and accounting. As a certified coding specialist, she audits inpatient and outpatient medical records thoroughly to identify improper payments. In her prior role as a hospital Senior Coder and Lead Coder, Denise was responsible for ensuring that all documentation in the medical record was complete and accurate. Additionally, Denise has conducted internal hospital coding accuracy and compliance audits and is knowledgeable regarding all coding compliance and HIPAA guidelines.
